Autism Friendly and Assisted Session

This session is for those that don't like the hustle and bustle of our normal public sessions.

The session will run the same as our public sessions meaning that if you just want to turn up and skate you can, but also if you have never skated before and would like some learn to skate instruction, our qualified coach will be on hand to provide some tuition for you following our Learn to Skate programme.

The session is also for those that require assistance to skate. So if you have a disability or a difficulty where by you thought that skating is something that you'd never be able to do as a result, then come along as we have some special skating aids to help you get going.

What's more if the equipment we have available isn’t quite suitable for you, then we will be able to see what kind of assistance you require to skate and may be able to help in other ways with assistance from The Adam Cullen Skating Project.

The cost of the session includes skate hire and we have safety equipment available for use.

When booking your place please ensure you advise us of:

- What skate size you require

- What assistance you feel you may required

- Anything else that you think we should be made aware of

Participant numbers are limited to 15 skaters and places must be booked in advance.

All participants must be accompanied.

Generally these sessions run once per month.

Please check the calendar before you attend.
