Design a T-shirt Competition

🛼 Competition Terms and Conditions

• Promoter
  This competition is organised by Cardiff Skate School.

• Eligibility
  The competition is open to skaters who attend Cardiff Skate School sessions.
  Entrants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter.

• How to Enter
  Designs must be original artwork created by the entrant. Entries can be submitted via email or handed in at a Cardiff Skate School session by the advertised closing date.

• Each entry must include the entrant’s name, age (if under 18), and a contact email address for a parent/guardian where applicable.

• Closing Date
  Entries must be received by the advertised closing date. Late entries may not be considered.

• Design Requirements
  Designs must be the entrant’s own work and must not include copyrighted images, logos, or artwork belonging to others.

• Cardiff Skate School reserves the right to decline or disqualify any entry that is inappropriate, offensive, or unsuitable for reproduction on merchandise.

• Winner Selection
  The winning design will be selected by Cardiff Skate School. The judging decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Prize
  The winner will receive:

• One Cardiff Skate School t-shirt featuring their design.

• Recognition as the designer of the winning t-shirt.

• Use of Design & Intellectual Property
  By submitting an entry, the entrant (and their parent/guardian if under 18) agrees that if their design is selected as the winner, Cardiff Skate School will have the unrestricted right to reproduce, modify, print, and sell the design on merchandise including but not limited to t-shirts.

• Entrants agree that all rights to the winning design will transfer to Cardiff Skate School for commercial and promotional use.

• Financial Compensation
  The winning entrant will receive the prize described above. No financial payment, royalties, or future compensation will be provided in relation to the use or sale of the design.

• Design Adjustments
  Cardiff Skate School may make minor adjustments to the winning design to ensure it is suitable for printing and production.

• Publicity
  Cardiff Skate School may announce the winner publicly and may share the winner’s first name, age (if appropriate), and design on its website and social media channels.

• General
  Cardiff Skate School reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.
